At Godsfam, all purchases — including pre-orders — are final sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will only replace items that arrive damaged or do not match your order.
a. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number.
b. Incorrect Items
If the item you received does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the incorrect item and your order number.
4. How to Submit a Claim
Email us at godsfambrand@gmail.com with the subject line:
"Damaged/Incorrect Item Claim" and provide:

5. Deadline
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Costs for Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return the original item.
7. Pre-Order Fulfillment Notice
Please note that this is a pre-order. Orders will begin shipping by the end of September 2025. Delays may occur based on volume — we appreciate your patience and support.
8. Final Authority
Godsfam reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.
